What is a Good Human?
Great question, thanks for asking 🤝! This movement is designed to find exactly this answer AND our very own theory of change has three commitments which make the invisible layers of being a good human visible.
Show up for yourself before you lead anyone else.
Most humans skip the self-awareness part. It's optimised for output and ignore the cost. A Good Human looks inward first. Asks better questions. Understands what they're doing to themselves and everyone near them.
Create space for others to feel seen
Most humans listen to respond. A Good Human listens to understand and connect. Holds space for what isn't being said out loud. Makes the invisible struggles visible.
Go first and take action.
Most humans wait for someone else to go first. A Good Human goes first. Takes small actions that compound. Owns what's theirs.
